Community really has meaning when you hear about amazing small businesses like Chico Chai . Chico Chai began in 2004, selling its popular chai to its community at local farmers' markets and cafes. Brewed fresh from scratch and in small batches, it did not take long for coffee houses all over Northern California to get word of this quality and tasty chai. Recently they lost their home in the “Camp Fire” disaster that has victimized our beloved state of California. But they still managed to be a fully operational business - brewing the best chai and delivering fresh batches to their customers. If that wasn’t enough, the Chico Chai team volunteers their time with supporting Camp Fire housing evacuees, and even shared further kindness by fostering an orphaned and lost kitten. This weekend when you #ShopSmall for Small Business Saturday, shop businesses like Chico Chai. Because it’s businesses like theirs that continue to inspire us to be better humans and lend a hand when needed. We are proud and honored that Chico Chai will be serving a sampling of their classic Chico Chai at the SFEtsy Indie Holiday Emporium this Weekend. I know I will personally be one of the first customers in line ordering Chai.. How great does that sound! Follow Chico Chai 's Blog , Facebook Page , and Instagram to learn more about their upcoming events and to purchase some Chico Chai tea for yourself.
